Among the activities, monitoring, SVC days, workshops and direct advice were used by most of
the projects, while only half of the projects used the national content server and the mandates.

5.2 Mandates and support services
As in the impulse phase, the SVC programme has funded a number of mandate and service
activities to support both CCSP and projects; however, the creation of CCSP entailed some
reduction of the mandates directly targeted to the projects since this support function has been
taken over by the CCSP themselves. The following table provides a complete list of mandates
for the Consolidation Programme.
