Thisenables the valve to operate when used with a closedcentre directional valve which has service line reliefs.The poppet is pressure balanced, preventing reliefsetting increase due to back pressure.PILOT RATIOS4:1 Best suited for applications where the loadvaries and machine structure can induceinstability.Other ratios available upon request.SPECIFICATIONSFigures based on: Oil Temp = 40°C Viscosity = 40 cStOPERATIONThe check section allows free flow into the actuatorthen holds and locks the load against movement. Thepilot assisted relief valve section will give controlledmovement when pilot pressure is applied. The reliefsection is normally set to open at a pressure at least1.3 times the maximum load induced pressure but thepressure required to open the valve and allowmovement depends on the pilot ratio of the valve.
