1CEBL SERIES LOAD CONTROL / HOLDING VALVEHOSE BURST PROTECTION - LINE MOUNTED (REF: ISO 8643)1CEBL153CLOADPILCDVPILDVSERVOPILOTINLETTYPICAL CIRCUIT6APPLICATIONThese overcentre valves are suitable for use on theboom and dipper cylinders of an excavator to help themanufacturer or user comply with standard ISO8643.They were designed to give relief, load holding andhose failure protection to systems where a pilotsystem controls the directional valves.PILOT RATIO22:1 To allow use with normal pilot systems whichcan be found on most excavatorsSPECIFICATIONSFigures based on: Oil Temp = 40°C Viscosity = 40 cStOPERATIONBy connecting the pilot line in parallel with the spoolvalve pilot, the high pilot ratio allows the valve to openjust prior to the spool valve, ensuring that the valve doesnot interfere with the normal operation of the machine.Both the pilot and the relief sections are unaffected byback pressure, enabling the service line reliefs tooperate normally, without interfering with the spool valvecontrol as it meters the return flow.
