These line mountedcheck valves give control over cylinders or otheractuators, holding and locking them in position untilpilot pressure is applied.OPERATIONPressure on the valve port causes the ball to liftagainst the spring force, allowing flow to the cylinderport. Reverse flow is prevented by the check reseating.Pressure applied to the pilot port will overcome thecylinder port pressure and lift the ball from its seat,allowing return flow. In dual pilot check valves, eachpilot section is cross connected to the opposite linegiving automatic pilot operation in both directions.FEATURESThese valves use one or two 3CA80 cartridges in ahousing containing a single or double acting pilotpiston. (See page 7-131). The valve housings havethreaded ports and mounting holes for immediateinstallation into hydraulic systems.
