1CPBD SERIES ZERO DIFFERENTIALOVERCENTRE VALVEFULLY BALANCED - PILOT ASSISTED1CPBD1201VALVE (2)PILOT (3)DRAIN (4)3CYL (1)2 46APPLICATIONSPECIFICATIONSZero differential overcentre valves give static anddynamic control of loads by supplying a restriction toflow related to the opening of the valve created by thepilot pressure.The valve is used in conjunction with a remote pilotsource to provide hose failure protection, load controland load holding functions.If over-pressure or shock pressure protection isrequired then a separate relief valve should be used.OPERATIONThe check section allows free flow into the actuator thenholds and locks the load against movement. By theapplication of pilot pressure to the pilot port the poppetmoves back against the main spring opening thecylinder port to the valve port.
