It refers to <strong>the</strong> recent death <strong>of</strong> " my sister "and to <strong>the</strong> state <strong>of</strong> his own health as reasons for <strong>the</strong> settlement. Mr. AlexanderScrymgeour, advo<strong>ca</strong>te, <strong>of</strong> Birkhill is universal legatee and executor.
