July 20.— (North Britain.) Administration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> goods <strong>of</strong> John <strong>Wedderburn</strong>,late <strong>of</strong> Auchterhouse, co. Forfar, N.B.This is a limited administration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> goods <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> deceased granted to John Lyon, on behalf <strong>of</strong>David Lyon, who seems to have filed a bill in Chancery (1832) in regard to <strong>the</strong> estates <strong>of</strong> John <strong>Wedderburn</strong><strong>of</strong> Spring Garden (fa<strong>the</strong>r <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> deceased), and his bro<strong>the</strong>r James, and now required thisgrant to enable him to proceed with his suit. Ano<strong>the</strong>r such formal grant was made April 1841.25. 1846. Dec— (Middlesex.) AVill and codicil (Nov. 23, 24) <strong>of</strong> John <strong>Wedderburn</strong> <strong>of</strong>1, Prince's Place, Duke Street, St. James, Westminster, by which he directs his burialin Old Brompton Cemetery, and leaves £10 each to Edward and Eliza Winsor <strong>of</strong>1, Park Place, and Mary, <strong>the</strong>ir daughter, and bequeaths <strong>the</strong> residue <strong>of</strong> his propertyto his nephews, William and John Fowler, and his three sisters, Agnes Fowler,Henrietta Black, Mary Deans, and <strong>the</strong> children <strong>of</strong> his deceased sister, Christian Brand.-26. 1853. March.—(Exeter.) Will, dated 21 Oct. 1852, <strong>of</strong> Alexander <strong>Wedderburn</strong> <strong>of</strong>Exeter, retired inspector <strong>of</strong> mail coaches. He leaves legacies to his wife Ruth, hisdaughter, Margaret Nesbitt <strong>Wedderburn</strong>, and her sisters. <strong>The</strong> executors are hisson, William Thomas <strong>Wedderburn</strong>, and his son-in-law, James Taylor <strong>of</strong> London.Administration was granted 28 Feb. 1853.27. 1854. July 20.— (North Britain.) Administration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> goods <strong>of</strong> John <strong>Wedderburn</strong>,Esq.This is ano<strong>the</strong>r formal grant (see ante No. 24) made to Charles Baylis, to enable <strong>the</strong> continuance<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Chancery suit brought (1831) by <strong>the</strong> Webster- <strong>Wedderburn</strong>s against <strong>the</strong> deceased, in regard to<strong>the</strong> estate <strong>of</strong> David <strong>Wedderburn</strong>- Webster.
