Among <strong>the</strong> writs produced is a cognition by<strong>the</strong> bailies <strong>of</strong> Dundee in favour <strong>of</strong> Alexander <strong>Wedderburn</strong> <strong>of</strong> Easter Powrie, as heirto Alexander <strong>Wedderburn</strong>, mariner, burgess <strong>of</strong> Dundee, and Elizabeth <strong>Wedderburn</strong>,his daughter, containing sasine <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said @-rent, dated 12 Oct. 1676.
