A single volume from 6 Sept. 1620— 16 Jan 1621, after which <strong>the</strong> record is blanktill 13 Sept. 1637.II. Five volumes 1637—22 March 1658, after which <strong>the</strong> record is again blank till14 Nov. 1660.III. A great many volumes (1660— 1869) <strong>of</strong> which twenty-eight have been searched,from 1660—1780.From <strong>the</strong> entries naming Wedderburus, contained in <strong>the</strong> thirty-four volumes examined,I have selected all that are <strong>of</strong> any importance. A good many o<strong>the</strong>rs merely record <strong>the</strong>witnessing <strong>of</strong> documents by this or that individual <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> name, and <strong>the</strong>se I have <strong>of</strong>tenomitted. At <strong>the</strong> same time I have added after <strong>the</strong> last entry from each series a list <strong>of</strong> all<strong>the</strong> places in <strong>the</strong> record at which reference is made to <strong>Wedderburn</strong>s, whe<strong>the</strong>r important ornot, so that <strong>the</strong> number and places <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> omitted entries may be easily ascertained.Series I.1. 1620.
