Argylegait tenement,bounded S. by <strong>the</strong> fore tenement <strong>of</strong> Robert <strong>Wedderburn</strong> &c, and narrating that sasine<strong>the</strong>re<strong>of</strong> was given to Helen Ramsay, affianced spouse <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said Mr. Alexander W. interms <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir marriage contract dated 21 Nov. 1582, Alexander Ramsay, <strong>the</strong> bride'sfa<strong>the</strong>r, consenting. (?). --Sasine on resignation <strong>of</strong> William Forbes <strong>of</strong> Dronlaw in favour<strong>of</strong> Robert Kyd and Isobell Forbes his wife, daughter <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said William, <strong>of</strong> arood <strong>of</strong> land in <strong>the</strong> Rattonraw, bounded N. by that <strong>of</strong> Robert <strong>Wedderburn</strong>.<strong>The</strong> notary is Robert <strong>Wedderburn</strong>. vm, xiv, 17.47. 1583.
