This is made almost certain by <strong>the</strong> terms <strong>of</strong> Margaret's marriage contract(ante s. It also mentions ano<strong>the</strong>r bond(1748), by <strong>the</strong> said Charles <strong>Wedderburn</strong> and John <strong>Wedderburn</strong>, his son. Among<strong>the</strong> debtors to <strong>the</strong> deceased is Mr. Peter <strong>Wedderburn</strong>, advo<strong>ca</strong>te, (xxi.)16. 1799.
