July 5.—Disposition and tailzie (Birkhill, 25 May 1803) by Alexander Wed- Registerderburn of Wedderburn, advocate, of the lands of Easter Powrie, with teinds, &c., alsoof Deeds,the lands of Birkhill, &c. for new infeftment thereof to himself and the heirs of hisbody, •whom failing to the other heirs after mentioned, heritably and irredeemably, viz. :Henry, son of the late David Scrymgeour of Birkhill, Esq., advocate, (father ofthe disponer), and the heirs of his body ;Janet Scrymgeour or Gillespie, his sistergerman, relict of John Gillespie of Mountwhany, and the heirs of her body;the heirs of the body of the late Marion Scrymgeour, eldest daughter of thelate Mr. Alexander Scrymgeour, Professor of Divinity in S. Andrew's ;those of thelate Jean Scrymgeour, second daughter of the said professor; Sir John Wedderburnof Ballendean, Bart, (eldest son of Sir John Wedderburn of Blackness) ; James Wedderburn,brother to Sir John ; Margaret Wedderburn, eldest sister to Sir John, andwife of Richard Dundas of Blair ;Charles Wedderburn of Pearsie ; John Wedderburn,son of the late Thomas Wedderburn (who was brother of the said Sir John Wedderburnof Blackness), and the heirs of their bodies in order, whom all failing the disponer'sown nearest heirs and assignees whatsoever, the eldest heir female and the descendantsof her body, through the whole course and order of succession above set down,excluding all other heirs portioners and succeeding always alone without division,
