- 105 -- A building permit shall be obtained in accordance with theprovisions of the Building Act, as amended for any structure(other than a caravan or portable annexe attached thereto andwhich is not permanently and rigidly fixed to the ground) prior toerection or re-erection on any land within a Caravan Park orMobile Home Park.Building applications for any structures to be erected in a CaravanPark or Mobile Home Park, lodged by the occupier or proposedoccupier of a site within a Caravan Park or Mobile Home Parkand who is not the owner of the Caravan Park or Mobile HomePark must be accompanied by a letter of authorisation from theowner.Where additions or extensions of rooms in the mobile home areproposed, these shall be constructed in a similar colour, materialsand style to the existing mobile home.The following requirements shall apply with respect to the use ofa Camping area:-- Communal toilet, ablution, laundry and clothes dryingfacilities shall be provided in accordance with therequirements above. Where separate tent sites are notdelineated, a yield rate of SOmZ per tent site shall be used todetermine the number of sites for which provision forcommunal facilities shall be made.---Cold water shall be reticulated throughout the Campingarea.Electric or gas powered bar-b-ques shall be providedwithin, or adjacent to, the Camping area.Additional basins with reticulated hot and cold water shallbe provided within, adjacent to, the amenity building forthe use of campers to wash eating utensils.4.7 Business, Shopping and Commercial Development4.7.1 General(a)Business, Shopping and Commercial development shall be designed andconstructed to achieve the following objectives :-(i)(ii)To ensure that business, shopping and commercial development isintegrated into its surroundings and enhances the amenity of the areaand, in particular, to:create or maintain a pleasant streetscape through the design ofbuildings; by establishing landscaped areas adjoining streetfrontages of sites, where appropriate; and by establishing footpathlandscaping;screen unsightly elements associated with commercialdevelopment, in particular carparlting and service areas;provide buffers between incompatible uses and zones.To eihance the environment on sites.
