- 151 -6.11 Applications for Town <strong>Planning</strong> CertificatesAn application for any Town <strong>Planning</strong> Certificate, made pursuant to the Act, shall be insuch form as the <strong>Council</strong> may from time to time determine.The fee payable to the <strong>Council</strong> for the preparation and issue of any Town <strong>Planning</strong>Certificate shall be as determined by the <strong>Council</strong> from time to time by resolution.6.12 Plans and Reports Required with ApplicationsWhere applications are required to be accompanied by a plan, that plan is to be numberedand dated and is to include the following information :-a suitably scaled site plan containing a north point and showing -----site boundaries, with metes and bounds;if the site forms part of an allotment or allotments, the boundaries, with metesand bounds, of that allotment or allotments;if the site comprises more than one allotment, the boundaries of all allotmentsincluded in the site;the road@) to which the site has frontage or, if the site has no road frontage,the road@) from which it obtains access;the location and outline of all existing and proposed buildings and structures,including the distance of those buildings and structures closest to boundariesand those inside the setbacks specified in this planning scheme or elsewhere;details of the internal layout of any existing and proposed building to which theproposal relates;the location and layout of vehicular accessways;the location and general details of landscaping in sufficient detail to convey itsintended function;topographical information, including spot levels and contours if necessary, ofsufficient detail to convey the effect it may have on the site's potential toaccommodate the proposed use;the location of buildings, structures and activity areas on adjoining land to theextent that they are relevant to the impact of the proposal;any other information that would assist the <strong>Council</strong> in assessing the implicationsof that proposal.6.13 Determination of ApplicationsIn respect of applications outlined in this Section, the <strong>Council</strong> is to :-(4(b)(c)approve the application;approve the application subject to reasonable and relevant conditions; orrefuse the application.With respect to an application for a certificate of compliance, the City Planner is to:-(4 issue a certificate;co) issues a certificate subject to reasonable and relevant conditions; or(c) refuse to issue a certificate;wit!in 14 days of the application being lodged or such longer period as the City Plannerconsiders reasonable having regard to the assessment procedure demanded by theapplication. The applicant is to be advised in writing of any extension of time.
