- 150-6.9 Applications for Group Titles SubdivisionAny person who desires to subdivide or resubdivide land into lots and common property inaccordance with the provisions of the Building Units and Group Titles Act shall makeapplication to the <strong>Council</strong> in the form required by the Chief Executive Officer, and shallaccompany such application with an application fee of an amount in accordance with aSchedule of Fees determined by the <strong>Council</strong> by resolution.In addition to the information required under Sub-section 6.8, an application for group titlesubdivision or resubdivision shall be accompanied by the following particulars :-(4 the area of the land proposed as common property, if any; and(b)the length and width of any access way proposed.The application shall be accompanied by a proposal plan which shall show the informationrequired under Sub-section 6.8 and in addition, the following :-(4the proposed common property, and the approximate measures and area thereof asdetermined by preliminary survey and design; andThe Chief Executive Officer may require further information to be submitted in accordancewith Sub-section 6.8.6.10 Applications for Amalgamation of Land Under the ActAny person who desires to amalgamate separate allotments shall :-(4 where such amalgamation is required to be effected as a condition of approvalgranted by the <strong>Council</strong> in respect of an application made pursuant to this <strong>Planning</strong><strong>Scheme</strong> lodge a plan of survey for sealing pursuant to the relevant Clauses ofSub-section 6.8.(b)(c)in any other case make application to the <strong>Council</strong> in the form required by theChief Executive Officer and shall accompany such application with an applicationfee of an amount in accordance with a Schedule of Fees determined by the<strong>Council</strong> by resolution; andin any case, the applicant shall undertake the following works as required by<strong>Council</strong>;Any person wishing to amalgamate existing allotments or lots shall, at the discretion of theCity Engineer:-(4(b)(c)disconnect or relocate water supply and sewerage connection points and conduits;remove or relocate vehicle access points;relocate any electricity supply mains to the satisfaction of the relevant statutoryauthority;(d) where necessary relocate or disconnect stormwater drainage lines;(e) remove any building structures to ensure compliance with this <strong>Planning</strong> <strong>Scheme</strong>.All works required to be carried out shall be completed to a standard to the satisfaction ofthe City Engineer.For the purposes of this Clause an application for amalgamation of separate allotmentsshall be limited to the amalgamation of separate and adjoining allotments whether or notthe allotments are less than the minimum allotment size.The application shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of Sub-section 6.8.
