-89-maximum number of staff members (whether permanent,part-time or temporary) to be accommodated on site;anticipated average length of stay of short term occupants;details of the type of facility and range of services offered;specific hours of operation, including any proposed weekend orevening activities;number, type and duration of meetings, counsellinghherapysessions, workshops or the like, if any, to be conducted on thepremises;details of any ancillary facilities or uses required to be provided onsite, in association with the proposed use; andtype and number of vehicles to be utilized by both staff membersand short term occupants of the premises.@)An application for Special Residential Use shall not be assessed and shall notbe approved unless the information required in the submission lodged withthe application is provided in full.4.6.6 Single Room Occupancy(a)Premises shall not be erected or used for the purpose of a Single RoomOccupancy unless the following requirements are satisfied :-(i)(ii)Single Room Occupancy development shall provide long termaccommodation for an individual in a single room within a managed,serviced residential building.Each single room shall contain the following :*abedawardrobea tablebench and sitting areaa small kitchen incorporating a refrigerator, sink and microwaveoven.(iii) Each room may include a toilet, however this facility is optional. Noother bathroom facilities shall be permitted in each single room.(iv) Communal bathroom, toilet, laundry and kitchen facilities anddining/living and outdoor recreation areas shall be provided within thedevelopment. The communal facilitiedareas shall be located withineasy access to all single rooms.(v)Couununal facilitics shall be provided in accordance with <strong>Council</strong>'sHostel provisions. Where no specific provisions are prescribed inrelation to Hostels, each case shall be assessed on its merits, havingregard to the following :the layout of the proposed development;the number of residents to be accommodated in the development;the number of storeys contained within the development;the ease of access for all residents to the communal facilitiedareas.(vi) To ensure that a Single Room Occupancy development provides longterm accommodation for the target groups :
