- 142 -(4(b)full details of any modifications desired to be made to the proposal to enableassessment of the requirements of the Act; andcopies of development plans in accordance with Sub-section 6.2 including anelevation, or any building or other structures proposed to be erected or existing onthe site.6.8 Applications for SubdivisionGeneral <strong>Provisions</strong> for Applications for SubdivisionAny person who desires to subdivide land, including a staged subdivision, subdivisionincorporating a lale, canal or harbour, subdivision by lease which is for a longer periodthan 5 years and the creation of an access easement, or to open any road shall makeapplication to the <strong>Council</strong> in the form required by the Chief Executive Officer and shallaccompany such application with an application fee of an amount in accordance with aSchedule of Fees determined by the <strong>Council</strong> by resolution. In the Schedule of Fees,different fees may be determined for different classes of application.In addition to the information required under Sub-section 6.2, an application forsubdivision, is to be accompanied by the following particulars to the extent that they arerelevant to the proposal:-(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)(h)(i)the number of allotments, if any, into which the land is proposed to be subdivided;andif applicable, the use desired to be made of the land following subdivision; andthe area to be surrendered to the Crown for use as parks; andparticulars of any existing easement over the land and its purpose; andparticulars of any proposed easement over the land and its purpose; andwhether the land is affected by any road realignment; andthe length, width and area of any road proposed to be opened together withparticulars of the type or types of such road; andwhether the application relates to staged development or subdivision for leasepurposes; anddetails of any proposal to fill the subject land and the nature of the filling; and6) details of any encumbrances which may affect the subject land; and(k)if required by the Act or a Local <strong>Planning</strong> Policy of <strong>Council</strong> - an EnvironmentalImpact Statement.The application shall be accompanied by a proposal plan which shall:-(a)(b)(c)be properly drafted, prepared, 3 copies submitted and printed or reproduced on amedium which is durable and stable in dimension; andbe accurately plotted, with the north point indicated, at an acceptable scale todetermine and show allotment dimensions; andhave an identification plan number; and
