- 140 -(v) a site contamination report;(vi) any other report as required by the <strong>Council</strong> on any relevant matter includingbut not limited to, wind effects, visual impact, solar reflections, shadowimpacts or land stability.Where additional information is required to accompany an application under the Act, bythis Section or by <strong>Council</strong>, an application will be deemed not to have been made until thatinformation is provided.<strong>Council</strong> may require the submission of any additional information, report or study relativeto the application, including further supporting information to justify any aspect of theapplication, as requested in writing. Such additional information, report or study shall besubmitted within such time as specified in the request or within such further time as isallowed by the Chief Executive Officer.An application is deemed not to have been made unless all of the requirements of thisSection have been satisfied in full.The applicant is responsible for any advertising of the proposal required by the Act.6.3 Applications for Amendment of the <strong>Planning</strong> <strong>Scheme</strong>Applications to which this Sub-section applies are:-(4(b)(c)(d)(elthe zoning or rezoning of land, including the rezoning of land in stages;the amendment of conditions attached to an approval of a rezoning application orother application for amendment of the scheme;the amendment of a use specified on a zoning map as relating to a SpecialFacilities zone or otherwise shown on a zoning map as relating to a specific site orzone;the amendment of a regulatory map or regulatory line on zoning map;the amendment of a Development Control Plan map where the map confers userights.In addition to the information required under Sub-section 6.2, an application to amend the<strong>Planning</strong> <strong>Scheme</strong> is to be accompanied by:-(a)(b)(c)(d)where the amendment is required to enable development to proceed and suchdevelopment may be carried out without having to obtain a further development orsubdivision approval, a site development plan prepared in accordance withSub-section 6.2.where the amendment is required to enable development to proceed and suchdevelopment may only be carried out after obtaining a further development orsubdivision approval, site plans and details conveying general information about theproposal.with respect to an application for rezoning or rezoning in stages, where theboundaries of proposed zones do not coincide with existing property boundaries, themetes and bounds of those zone boundaries.with respect to an application for rezoning in stages, the zone(s) in which the site iscurrently included and into which it is proposed to be included.An application for the rezoning of land in stages is to be made in accordance with Sections4.6 and 4.9 of the Act.
