Restoration of any of the following .- 13 -Antiques (other than furniture)Articles of historic or cultural interest (other than vehicles, machinery and plant and othernon-portable items)Works of artScreen printingSignwritingTailoringUpholstering furnitureCrematoriumAny premises used or intended for the reduction of the human body to ashes after death.The term includes any funeral chapel or parlour or columbarium erected on such premisesand work in connection therewith.Detached DwellingAny premises used or intended for use as self contained accommodation for the exclusiveuse of one family on a single allotment of land and including any ancillary outbuildings.Display HomeAny premises designed for use as a detached dwelling but used or intended for use for thedisplay of the premises to the public or for the display of the type of construction or designoffered by a builder or developer. The term does not include commercial premises ortemporary land and home sales office as herein defined.Dual OccupancyAny premises which comprises or is intended to comprise two detached dwellings and anyancillary outbuildings on a single allotment of land or an allotment which would haveremained as a single allotment had it not been subdivided as part of the development.Educational EstablishmentAny premises used or intended for use as a school, college, university, technical institute,academy, or other educational centre, lecture hall, art gallery (non-commercial) ormuseum. The term does not include a child care centre or an institution as herein defined.Family Day CareThat part of a detached dwelling or dual occupancy used or intended for use for thereception and the minding or care, of children for a day or part of a day for fee or rewardby a person residing on the premises and which is conducted in accordance with "TheFamily Day Care Regulations", as amended from time to time.Fast Food OutletAny premises used or intended for use for the purpose of preparing by cooling orotherwise and sale to members of the public of food, light refreshments and take-awaymeals whether or not provision is also made for the consumption of such food on thepremises. The term includes premises which incorporate a drive-in take away facility.The term does not include a function room, hotel, restaurant or a shop as herein defined.Fast Food Delivery ServiceAny premises used or intended for use for the preparation of food for delivery and sale byretail elsewhere to members of the public.
