FY 1991 AIWPThe AIWP continues to focus on individual Program Action Items. Each ActionItem entry is accompanied by the relevant Program measure language (orabstract>, a statement of BPA's objectives in implementing the Action Item, adiscussion of background and progress to date, and a summary of implementationplans for FY 1991 to accomplish the Action Item.The AIWP also presents plans for individual project implementation.
