Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits (Chapter 31)
Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits (Chapter 31) are available for veterans
who have a service-related disability of 20% or more. Students can ascertain
their eligibility for vocational rehabilitation benefits by calling the VA office in
Newington at 1-800-827-1000. Chapter 31 benefits provide eligible students
with a monthly stipend, and all costs for tuition, books, and supplies are
covered by the VA.
MCC Graduate Transfers
Manchester Community College students are able to transfer to many colleges
and universities. Because requirements of baccalaureate institutions
vary greatly, students should select a transfer institution early and consult
with a counselor or program coordinator as to the transferability of their course
selections.
