Unfortunately, due to the high levels of compression, the license plate and bus number
are not visible. Some enhancement techniques were applied in an effort to clarify that
information with negative results. You may want to check with the bus company to see if
there is a bus 3274 or 3276. If there is, a comparison can be made with the sticker and seat
pattern as well as the tag on the drivers consol.
It is obvious that the general class characteristics of the two buses are the same and from
the same company. Given the discrepancies noted above, especially the lack of consol tag
and sticker pattern difference, it is the writers opinion that the bus in the video is not the
same bus as that depicted in the known (bus 3278) photos. With perhaps the exception of
the seat patterns, the stickers and light coloured tag on the drivers consol could have been
changed. It all depends on the amount of time between when the video was recorded and
the bus being seized.
No alterations were applied to any of the images with the exception of some minor
luminance adjustments and resizing for the purpose of this report.
