Hamilton Partners (HP), established <strong>in</strong> 1987, develops,<br />

Key <strong>in</strong>dividuals <strong>in</strong> organiz<strong>in</strong>g and develop<strong>in</strong>g HP <strong>in</strong>clude<br />

founder Allan Hamilton (who passed away <strong>in</strong> 2007), Ron Lunt,<br />

John Wauterlek, and Jim Sheridan. They and Bruce B<strong>in</strong>gham,<br />

who heads <strong>the</strong> <strong>Salt</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>City</strong> office, are manag<strong>in</strong>g partners and<br />

work toge<strong>the</strong>r to direct all aspects of development. Hamilton<br />

Partners employs over 200 professionals to susta<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> firm’s reputation<br />

for excellent property development and management.<br />

In 2002 this Chicago-based commercial real estate<br />

development firm set its sights on <strong>Salt</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>City</strong> and<br />

changed <strong>the</strong> city’s skyl<strong>in</strong>e forever.<br />

Not only did Hamilton Partners construct <strong>the</strong> first<br />

Gold LEED certified office tower at 222 South Ma<strong>in</strong> Street,<br />

located <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> heart of <strong>the</strong> Central Bus<strong>in</strong>ess District, but<br />

<strong>the</strong> company also purchased several downtown landmarks<br />

<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> Broadway Centre at 300 South and State<br />

Street, <strong>the</strong> Loll<strong>in</strong> and Karrick Build<strong>in</strong>gs on Ma<strong>in</strong> Street,<br />

and <strong>the</strong> Newhouse and Boston Build<strong>in</strong>gs on Exchange Place.<br />

Hamilton Partners completed a $10 million renovation to<br />

<strong>the</strong> Boston Build<strong>in</strong>g, a 100 year old tower that is considered<br />

one of <strong>Salt</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>City</strong>’s first skyscrapers.<br />
