<strong>Committee</strong> was be<strong>in</strong>g formed to go <strong>in</strong>to the question of open<strong>in</strong>g such schools. 4.93 <strong>The</strong> Director of Public Instruction told the <strong>Committee</strong> that orders had been sent to a<br />
