Piracy deprives the rightful authors and the publishers of their genu<strong>in</strong>e profits and dumps on the market unauthorized and badly produced versions. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Committee</strong> feels that the Government should <strong>in</strong>stitute a probe <strong>in</strong>to the whole matter <strong>in</strong> order to uncover and break the racket once and for all. To check the evil, all publishers should be asked to get themselves registered with the appropriate governmental authority. (7.90)<br />
