with the accepted pr<strong>in</strong>ciple for promotion of national <strong>in</strong>tegration and consonance<br />

for the l<strong>in</strong>guistic m<strong>in</strong>orities". <strong>The</strong> order still stands and the State Government have not headed the advice, of the Commissioner for L<strong>in</strong>guistic M<strong>in</strong>orities to relax the condition with regard to the compulsory 'H<strong>in</strong>di paper or to lower the proportion off marks safeguards<br />
