Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with<br />
zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower,<br />
finishing with just a hint of sweetness. Cool<br />
fermented in stainless steel for around 14 days.<br />
The wine aged on the lees for a minimum of<br />
12 months prior to disgorgement in order to<br />
accentuate the fruit.<br />

A very stylish, single vintage, traditional<br />
method, quality sparkling wine. Elegant citrus<br />
and apple fruit with brioche and hazelnut<br />
aromas complement the smooth texture and<br />
creamy finish. Gentle fruit and lovely length.<br />
Great as an aperitif as well as matching shellfish,<br />
seafood, oysters and poultry to perfection.<br />

An elegant and delicate, single vintage,<br />
traditional method sparkling wine. Salmon pink<br />
colour in the glass, full of lots of tiny bubbles.<br />
Floral and red apple aromas lead to red apple<br />
and cranberry on the palate with a bright, fresh<br />
finish and lovely length.<br />
Pairs perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and starters.<br />

Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits,<br />
especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet<br />
blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy<br />
richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of<br />
ripe summer fruits with a hint of sweet spice on<br />
the finish. A unique, traditional method, quality<br />
red sparkling wine.<br />

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty,<br />
spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful<br />
development after more than three years on lees<br />
in our cellar. The palate supports these complex<br />
aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked<br />
apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great<br />
combination of intensity, delicacy and length.<br />

Staffordshire, England<br />
English sparkling wine made in the traditional<br />
(or ‘Champagne’) method with elegant refined<br />
nutty flavours and a persistent length. From<br />
grapes grown in Staffordshire on one of the UK’s<br />
largest vineyards.<br />
