Bright amber colour. Intense aromas<br />

characteristic of the type of wine and a hint of<br />

dried nuts and fruits. Dry and rich with smooth<br />

tannins. It is luscious and balanced with a long<br />

finish. The W&H winery is located in the sherry<br />

triangle, a region with a unique microclimate.<br />

Ximénez Sherry<br />

Jerez, Spain<br />

Dark mahogany colour, high density. Deep<br />

aroma of raisins and figs. Mouth-wateringly<br />

luscious, smooth and velvety, very rich and<br />

sweet (380g/L sugar content) with a delightfully<br />

long after taste. After harvest, the PX grapes are<br />

left in the sun to almost raisin.<br />

It is bright amber in colour, deep yet delicate<br />

bouquet with hints of nuts. Full on the palate,<br />

harmonious and mellow. Amontillado, Oloroso<br />

and Pedro Ximenez Sherries are aged for a<br />

minimum of 3 years in the Dry Sack Criadera,<br />

then blended and further aged over 3 years.<br />

Mahogany colour and aromas of dried nuts with a<br />

hint of raisins and brown sugar. Smooth, velvety<br />

palate, warm alcohol flavours and persistent after<br />

taste. A sweet Oloroso, aged in a Solera system<br />

for over 5 years. A true crowd pleaser, Canasta is<br />

Spain’s top selling Cream Sherry.<br />

Bas-Amarnagac A.O.C. France<br />

A perfect balance of fruity and toasted aromas.<br />

A substantial nose, with caramel and spice<br />

aromas with notes of quince jelly, toast and<br />

cinnamon. On the palate, a bold opening is<br />

dominated by pepper and orange zest with a<br />

growing glow of blonde. A minimum of three<br />

years aging in French oak barrels.<br />

VSOP<br />

Bas-Amarnagac A.O.C. France<br />

An amber-yellow colour with a lively bouquet<br />

which is both mature and expressively floral<br />

(with fresh notes which are almost minty). Very<br />

supple with a pleasurable intensity conveyed by<br />

woody spices and hints of fresh mint. 5-7 years<br />

aging in lightly toasted French oak barrels.<br />

Armagnac Château du Tariquet XO<br />

Bas-Amarnagac A.O.C. France<br />

A powerful bouquet dominated by dried fruits<br />

and quince jelly, with notes of dried flowers and<br />

a hint of coconut. On the palate, the XO has<br />

remarkable balance between fruity and woody<br />

notes. Hints of prunes and almonds build to a<br />

finish with subtle hints of leather. 12-15 years<br />

aging in French oak barrels.<br />
