CHILE
Ventopuro Single Vineyard Range.
Bringing together the best that Chiles valleys have to offer, demonstrating the tremendous diversity of terroirs
within the wine growing valleys of the San Antonio and Casablanca appellations.
Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc: This wine comes from decomposed granitic soil from San Antonio Valley,
west of Santiago, around 10km from the Pacific Ocean. Strong ocean influence with a crisp mouth feel, great
natural acidity and a pleasant finish.
Single Vineyard Carménère: Grown in Apalta, the best-known region for producing Carménère. It's really hot in
summer which helps the grapes ripen in a very desirable way for this variety. Here there are steep slopes with
deep soils and decomposed rocks that help roots break through easily.
Single Vineyard Pinot Noir: This wine was awarded 90 points by Decanter. It comes from old vines in the south
of Chile, close to Concepción. These produce really low yields, leading to an easy-drinking, medium-bodied
wine with lots of fruit.
