Crisp and dry with a fine aromatic character<br />
with rich complex fruit. White flowers, peach,<br />
mandarin, grapefruit, mingle in complete<br />
harmony, Ample, round, fleshy while being<br />
finely textured, the mouth outlines a Pouilly-<br />
Fumé with a strong character.<br />

The palate is clean, developing lovely chalky,<br />
citrus flavours underlined by sweeter, tropical<br />
notes of coconut and banana. The finish is<br />
juicy, precise, developing white flowers notes,<br />
finishing with a hint of saltiness, so typical of<br />
the wine of Château de Tracy. Probably the most<br />
famous Pouilly-Fumé with origins dating back<br />
to 1356.<br />

An excellent crisp and dry domaine<br />
Sancerre. Aromatic, fresh grassy<br />

Blanc grape.<br />
A perfect match for seafood (especially<br />
oysters) and goat’s cheese.<br />

A wonderfully aromatic wine combining notes<br />

The finish is zippy, fresh and satisfying.<br />
