This wine is very full and intensely fruity on<br />
the nose with exotic fruit such as melon and<br />
banana, featuring hints of citrus reminiscent<br />
of grapefruit. On the palate it is very wellbalanced,<br />
with a good acidity, backbone and<br />
length. A beautiful straw yellow colour shot with<br />
hints of green.<br />

This powerful, rich wine is full-bodied with<br />
aromas of over-ripe cherries, summer fruits,<br />
plum spices and chocolate. On the palate, are<br />
flavours of dried and black fruits with hints of<br />
spice finishing with an excellent balance.<br />

Puglia<br />
The perfect combination of local tradition and<br />
modern wine-making, being robust at the same<br />
time as smooth and silky. Rich in fruit, with a<br />
certain “savoury” feel, Miopasso Primitivo has an<br />
abundance of ripe, dark berry flavours.<br />
This is the perfect accompaniment to rich,<br />
meaty pasta dishes.<br />

Straw yellow in colour. Miopasso Pinot Grigio<br />
has an intense bouquet of tropical and citrus<br />
fruits. On the palate it is medium-bodied and<br />
perfectly balanced, supple and refreshing. A<br />
versatile wine, pairing well with a great variety<br />
of dishes, or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.<br />

Made from the native Sicilian Nero d’Avola<br />
grape, around 30% of which are ‘passito’ (dried<br />
virtually to raisins before pressing). This is lush,<br />
juicy and very moreish with a hint of bitter<br />
chocolate and sweet black cherry character.<br />
Miopasso Fiano Terre Siciliane IGT<br />

Sicily<br />
Fresh and floral and a crisp acidity with touches<br />
of honey and a little complex nuttiness. This<br />
wine offers lovely minerality and is beautifully<br />
balanced. Perfect chilled as an aperitif and<br />
wonderful with seafood.<br />

Rupe Secca Grillo Sicilia DOC 2021<br />
Sicily<br />
This dry white wine has an intense bouquet<br />
and lovely palate of citrus and tropical fruit<br />
flavours with refreshing acidity. This wine is<br />
perfect for drinking on its own as an aperitif or<br />
accompanied with seafood or salads. The Grillo<br />
grape grows particularly well on Sicily where it is<br />
often found in Marsala wine.<br />

Rupe Secca Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC<br />

Sicily<br />
Nero d’Avola is the most important red wine<br />
grape in Sicily and one of Italy’s most important<br />
indigenous varieties. It is named after Avola<br />
in the far south of Sicily and is frequently<br />
compared with New World Shiraz wines due to<br />
its sweet tannins and plum or peppery flavours.<br />
