Napa Cellars Chardonnay 2020<br />
Napa Valley, California<br />
Aromas of fresh apple, caramel, crème fraiche,<br />
orange peel, and white peach. A soft mouthfeel<br />
supports flavours of ripe pears with hints of<br />
apricots. Balanced, persistent acidity with a<br />
dry finish pulls together this well balanced,<br />
full-bodied Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in<br />
100% French oak barrels, followed by malolactic<br />
fermentation then lees stirring for five months.<br />

Napa Cellars has been a true Napa Valley classic since<br />
1976. Though Napa Valley is small – 30 miles long and<br />
only a few miles across at its widest point – its varied<br />
microclimates and soils make it possible to successfully<br />
grow a variety of wine grapes. This gives Napa Cellars the<br />
luxury to choose the best fruit for each wine they make,<br />
without ever having to look beyond the Napa Valley.<br />
Winemaker Joe Shirley, a Napa Valley native, takes a<br />
decidedly minimalist approach, letting the vineyards and<br />
the grapes speak for themselves. “I don’t try to put a big<br />
winemaker signature on my wines,” Joe says. “The terroir<br />
of the vineyards here is so distinct, so extraordinary; I<br />
simply guide the wine toward the purest interpretation of<br />
the land.”<br />
The result is a collection of wines that offers the ultimate<br />
expression of Napa Valley – ripe, rich, clean and balanced.<br />
Napa Cellars Sauvignon Blanc 2021<br />
Napa Valley, California<br />
This Sauvignon Blanc opens with alluring<br />
aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberry, and<br />
lemongrass. A full and lively palate of guava,<br />
peach, and grapefruit complemented by<br />
bright acidity gives way to a lingering, crisp<br />
finish. Cool fermentation in 100% stainless<br />
steel tanks preserves the bright and crisp fruit<br />
characteristics.<br />

Napa Cellars Pinot Noir 2017/18<br />
Napa Valley, California<br />
An elegant wine with beautiful aromas of<br />
black cherry, cola, raspberry and strawberry,<br />
complemented by hints of black tea and earthy<br />
forest floor. Soft and velvety with flavours of<br />
pomegranate and strawberry with a vanilla<br />
note and hints of leather, spice and tobacco on<br />
the finish. This well-structured wine showcases<br />
fleshy, full tannins.<br />
