Cognacs and Liqueurs
Depaz Plantation
Martinique
Ageing at least three years. A rum with a
rich, complex range of aromas. A blend
of subtle notes of vanilla, coconut and
chocolate. Notes of fruit and spices, prune,
candied fruit, nutmeg, cinnamon. Good
roundness and a very pleasant finish.
Depaz Port Cask Finished
Martinique
Matured for at least eight years in selected
small oak barrels. It is then finished for
eleven months in port casks which endow it
with gourmet stewed fruit and fig aromas.
A mature rum with a complex wealth of
aromas.

Depaz Reserve Speciale VSOP
Martinique
Ageing seven years. Light mahogany colour
like golden almonds. A rum with a rich,
complex range of aromas, a blend of vanilla
and chocolate. Fruity notes of roasted dry
fruit and prune. Hints of tobacco and
coffee with characteristic touches of
mellow woodiness and liquorice.

Van Roos Blue Curaçao
Liqueur of a deep blue Caribbean colour with a
fine flavour of bitter and sweet oranges. Colour
Deep blue. A velvety scent, with strong candied
orange notes.
Its name comes from the island of Curaçao
where a distillery used a bitter species of orange
called Laraha or Curaçao orange, that gives the
product its taste. The distiller added the brilliant
blue colour.
Van Roos Crème de Cassis
A sweet, dark red liqueur made from
blackcurrants. Several cocktails are made with
crème de cassis, including the popular wine
cocktail, Kir Royale. It may also be served as an
after-dinner liqueur or as a frappé.
First created in Burgundy more than 150 years
ago, it’s made from macerated black currants,
giving it a rich, layered dark-berry flavour.

Van Roos Crème de Menthe
Crème de menthe (french for ‘mint cream’) is
a sweet mint liqueur derived from a distillate
of mint leaves. It is available to buy as bottles
of either green or white (clear) liquids. Crème
de Menthe has a cooling mint flavour that’s
supremely satisfying, especially in the retro
green Grasshopper cocktail. You can also add it
to hot chocolate or coffee for a minty twist.

Van Roos Peach Schnapps
Sweet and fruity, Peach Schnapps is a delicious
tasting spirit for someone looking for lower
strength spirits.
Peach schnapps is made by adding peach
flavouring to a clear grain spirit. Great in
any cocktail that requires that fruity, peachy
deliciousness.
