Azienda Agricola Trevisana is a small winery owned by the Tombacco Family.
It produces and bottles Italian wines with genuine and intense flavours, in the
best wine-making tradition of Italy. It is located in Paese, in the heart of the
Veneto Region: 20 hectares of vines are cultivated with passion to produce a
high quality wine.
To protect and make the fruits of the land blossom, Trevisana’s vines are cultivated with a 100% organic method.
This both guarantees a product of naturally good quality, while respecting the environment. The company was
among the first to realise the importance of using advanced environmentally-friendly growing techniques within
Italian vineyards. The team at Trevisana is committed to respecting the land and reducing their impact on the
environment through measures including:
• Water preservation through intelligent irrigation systems
• Installation of photovoltaic panels across all Tombacco processing plants
• Development of efficient sewage treatment
• Further solar panels to heat water used during the production process

Trevisana Bio Organic Chardonnay
Veneto IGT
The bouquet is delicate with apple and ripe
fruits. The palate is fruity and reminiscent of
apples, floral with acacia and honey overtones.
Dry and velvety, this wine is medium-bodied
with good acidity and a long lasting after-taste.
Ideal with light dishes such as couscous with
vegetables and soy sauce.

Trevisana Bio Organic Pinot Grigio
Della Venezie DOC
Dry and velvety texture with a slight after-taste
of almond. Well-bodied and harmonic, good
acidity and very persistent on the palate. The
bouquet is pleasant, delicate and fruity with
hints of apple and fig.
This matches with light, traditional Italian
recipes.

Trevisana Bio Organic Cabernet
Sauvignon
Veneto IGT
Full bodied with a fabulous palate of cherry jam
and green pepper with good tannic content,
acidity and alcohol. Pleasant herbaceous
aromas with hints of cherry and blackberry.
Pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, vegetable
couscous and pasta with tomato.
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon
Trevisana Bio Organic Merlot
Veneto IGT
A deep ruby red colour with violet hues. On the
nose you will find hints of raspberry, morel and
dewberry with a little green pepper. Dry and
full bodied, well-integrated tannins with a very
hearty and persistent palate.
Drink with grilled vegetables, black olives or
curry flavoured dishes.

Trevisana Bio Raboso Frizzante IGT
Veneto IGT
This sparkling wine is an intense ruby red with
purplish highlights. The bouquet is intense and
elegant with hints of Morello cherry and wild
berries. The wine is dry and full bodied with
nuances of red fruit. Good balance and acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif or with pork, cheese or
dessert.
