Gouguenheim Winery.<br />
Its location in the<br />
foothills of the Andes<br />
Mountains, with vineyards at more than 1,000m<br />
altitudes, means there is a huge difference between<br />
wines from this region with those that come from other<br />
parts of Mendoza.<br />
Established by Patricio Gouguenheim nearly 20 years<br />
ago, it was in 2014 that the winery became the first in<br />
the country to make and sell a sparkling wine made<br />
from the country’s signature grape - sparkling Malbec<br />

Love Malbec? Love Bubbles? This excellent extra<br />
brut Malbec Rosé ticks both those boxes and<br />
is incredibly easy to drink. This dry sparkling<br />
wine is a delicate pink with small and brilliant<br />
bubbles. Aromas of cherries and strawberries<br />
on the nose.<br />

A rich dark wine with red and black fruit<br />
character on the nose and palate. A delicious<br />
creamy vanilla spice and lovely lifted finish. It is<br />
very well balanced with good length.<br />
Gouguenheim Reserva Malbec 2020/21<br />
Mendoza<br />
Big cherry and plum flavours with elegant oak<br />
tannins. Argentina’s keynote grape at its finest.<br />
Aged for 6 months in oak barrels, half of which<br />
are brand new and the other half are third year<br />
barrels.<br />

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019<br />
Mendoza<br />
Rich blackcurrant fruit, displaying chocolate and<br />
tobacco flavours with well integrated oak. This<br />
‘Reserva’ is aged for 6 months in oak barrels<br />
which gives an added warmth and depth to the<br />
wine. It is a perfect partner to richly flavoured<br />
meat, including steak.<br />

Gouguenheim Pinot Noir 2021<br />
Mendoza<br />
Bright ruby red colour with medium intensity.<br />
Robust aromas of raspberries and cherries with<br />
mint notes. Medium bodied wine with soft, silky<br />
tannins and well balanced acidity. Four months<br />
in American oak.<br />
Great to drink with pork, chicken, pasta and<br />
risotto.<br />

Zuccardi Concreto Malbec 2020<br />
Mendoza<br />
Red colour with violet hues, this wine expresses<br />
a great herbal character with notes of red<br />
fruits, strawberry, cherry and plum. These are<br />
complemented by distinctive mineral notes and,<br />
in the mouth, the palate is prolonged and deep.<br />
A wine of grand structure and acidity.<br />
