Refreshing floral aromas with berry and spices.<br />
The palate exudes fresh tropical Sauvignon<br />
Blanc flavours complemented by hints of herbs<br />
and blackcurrant before finishing refreshingly<br />
with spice and vibrant acidity. A touch of Merlot<br />
creates the beautiful pink blush colour<br />

Nika Tiki showcases the very best of Marlborough’s signature wines and was<br />
first created in 2012. Its name is in recognition of the traditional carved figurines<br />
found around the Marlborough region. While its label carries the silver fern, or<br />
ponga (from Māori kaponga or ponga), which is endemic to New Zealand and is<br />
commonly associated with the country, and the shape of the mountains who’s<br />
melting snow provides water for the vineyards where the grapes for this wine<br />
are grown.<br />
The new label design, which was launched for Vintage 2022, continues our<br />
homage to New Zealand with the fern and mountains. It also promotes both<br />
<strong>Lanchester</strong> <strong>Wines</strong> and the winery’s sustainability ethos, as its printed on FSC<br />
certified sustainable paper which is created from woodfree, 100%<br />
post-consumer recycled fibres.<br />
We work with one of New Zealand’s leading wine producers. It is accredited<br />
to Sustainable Winegrowing NZ which is an industry-wide certification<br />
programme led by New Zealand Winegrowers (https://www.nzwine.com/en/<br />
sustainability/swnz)<br />
The programme is widely recognised as a world-leading sustainability initiative<br />
and was one of the first to be established in the international wine industry.<br />
