aromas. The palate is clean and fine with<br />
splendid middle richness. The finish is lively and<br />
strong.<br />

Riverina<br />
An elegant sweet white dessert wine with<br />
aromas of apricots and citrus. Tropical and<br />
autumn fruits upfront, lusciously textured yet<br />
with a light layer of tang on the finish. Peaches,<br />
nectarines, apricots, candied orange peel,<br />
drizzled with a little honey and vanilla oak.<br />

Douro, Portugal<br />
This is a wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif,<br />
and it combines well with dried fruit and nuts,<br />
olives, some types of smoked meats and cured<br />
cheeses. It is also an excellent accompaniment<br />
for sweet desserts such as French pudding,<br />
passion fruit and tropical fruit tarts. Serve<br />

Rutherglen<br />
The Pfeiffer Rutherglen Muscat is a fine example<br />
of this foundation style. It has a bouquet of<br />
floral and raisin fruit, and a rich, luscious<br />
palate. The blend has been carefully prepared to<br />
incorporate the youthful freshness of younger<br />
parcels, with complex, concentrated flavours of<br />
older parcels.<br />

A rich wine, mahogany colour, a fruity bouquet<br />
with hints of barley sugar, raisins and toffee<br />
with a fresh, clean finish. 100% Tinta Negra<br />
Mole, cask aged for three years. distinctly<br />
sweet, fat palate with a sharpness so typical of<br />
Madeira.<br />

Ambra Superior Old Secco<br />
Sicily, Italy<br />
Marsala as it should be, full of character with<br />
great complexity. Spices and a distinctive<br />
nuttiness with excellent balance born out<br />
of over 100 years experience in making this<br />
excellent wine. Best enjoyed lightly chilled.<br />
