NEW ZEALAND<br />
Domain Road Pinot Gris 2020/21<br />
Bannockburn, Central Otago<br />
Light straw in colour this Pinot Gris has a lush<br />
texture. Aromas of nectarine, sweet peach,<br />
pear and melon with a hint of citrus blossom<br />
are detected on the nose. This is followed by<br />
a lush full entry of ripe peach, apricot, tangelo<br />
and lemon zest. Excellent balance, with layers of<br />
complexity leading to a long finish.<br />

Riesling 2019?<br />
Bannockburn, Central Otago<br />
Pale lemon with green hues, our Water Race<br />
Riesling is a dry style wine with a crisp acidity<br />
balanced with a hint of fruit sweetness. Fragrant<br />
with lemon zest, sherbet, apricot, peach and<br />
orange blossom on the nose. Intense and racy<br />
with pineapple and grapefruit.<br />

Domain Road Sauvignon Blanc 2021<br />
Bannockburn, Central Otago<br />
This is a dry wine, complex and mouth filling.<br />
Fragrant on the nose with passion-fruit, guava,<br />
nectarine, toffee and a hint of citrus. Sweet<br />
tangelo, passion-fruit, melon, gooseberry and<br />
nettle are evident on the palate. A full mid palate<br />
and bright acidity lead to a long, complex citrus<br />
and topical finish.<br />

An elegant, dry Pinot Noir made from handpicked<br />
fruit. The wine displays subtle velvety<br />
fruit with vibrant aromas of cherry and plum as<br />
well as hints of cream and spice.<br />
A complex concentrated wine with lovely fine<br />
grained tannins, balanced minerality and a long<br />
plum and spice finish.<br />

Blanc 2021/22<br />
Hawkes Bay<br />
Vibrant, pale straw colour with aromas of<br />
passionfruit, green capsicum and white flowers.<br />
Flavours of nectarine and tropical fruit balanced<br />
by zesty acidity and mid-palate texture. Grapes<br />
sourced primarily from the Watercourse<br />
vineyard, harvested in three different picks.<br />
Stainless steel fermentation.<br />

CJ Pask Gimblett Gravels Syrah 2019<br />
Hawkes Bay<br />
Deep purple in colour, floral aromas with a<br />
touch of red liquorice. The palate is medium<br />
weight with supple tannins and a savoury finish.<br />
Syrah is the perfect partner for your griddled<br />
steak - or any other red meat dish you choose.<br />
Hawkes Bay is one of the sunniest and hottest<br />
areas of New Zealand with moderate rainfall<br />
and a long growing season.<br />
