Alsace<br />
Off dry and aromatic. This wine has a refined<br />
aroma of floral rose petals and sultanas, while<br />
the palate is rich, fresh and spicy with notes of<br />
honey.<br />
Ideal with Oriental food. It also goes well with<br />
braised ham, blue veined cheeses and citrus<br />
desserts.<br />
The Alsace wine region is located in the northeast<br />
part of France on the border with Germany and<br />
Switzerland.<br />
To the west, the Alsace region has Champagne<br />
and Burgundy wine regions and to the south,<br />
Jura and Savoie.<br />

Aromas of marmalade and apricot. The palate is<br />
fruity and fresh with good acidity and a touch of<br />
honey. Long and fragrant on the finish.<br />
The wine is matured on fine lees for a period of<br />
4 months, and then filtered.<br />
Matches very well with Oriental cuisine.<br />

This is a lively, fresh and balanced wine with a<br />
long, fruity persistence.<br />
Complex mineral characteristics with flavours of<br />
white fleshed fruits such as apples, peach and<br />
pear. Undertones of bitter almond, pepper and<br />
turmeric. Pairs well with grilled fish.<br />

A charming and complex wine, with a very<br />
pleasant aromatic persistence. Firm, fresh fruit<br />
with velvety texture. Light and luscious with a<br />
silky, smooth finish. Velvety tannins.<br />
Made following the Beaujolais Vinification<br />
method.<br />

Beaujolais is a French Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée<br />
Located just outside Lyon, the hilly Beaujolais vineyards stretch out from north to<br />
south over 55 kilometres, bordered to the west by the foothills of the Massif Central,<br />
and to the east by the Saone river plain.<br />
Beaujolais wine is generally made of the Gamay grape, which has a thin skin and is<br />
low in tannins. Like most AOC wines they are not labelled varietally.<br />
