Les Vignobles Foncalieu is a union of cooperatives
anchored in the heart of Languedoc. Its territory
stretches from the Corbières massif to the banks
of the Mediterranean, from the Mistral- swept
hillsides to the sun-caressed plains between
Carcassonne and Béziers.
It is in the heart of these landscapes, situated
between ocean and mountains, that Foncalieu’s
wine- growers tend to their 4,000 hectares of vines
every day in order to offer the high-quality grapes
used to produce exceptional wines.
Since 2007, Foncalieu has been committed to
sustainable development with one goal: to ensure
the quality of the product, respect for the terroir
and the development of new know-how, all while
maintaining mutually beneficial relations with the
territory. It has implemented sustainable viticulture
practices, including the protection of biodiversity,
drip irrigation, the installation of grass strips, etc.

Pay d'Oc
Complex bouquet of white fruit with honey and
coconut notes. Generous fruity flavours on the
palate with good balance and freshness.
Try with seared prawns, a grilled sole or a veal
blanquette. Serve chilled at 10°C.
Aged 4 months in stainless steel vats.

Le Griset Gris de Gris 2021/22
Pay d'Oc
A complex bouquet of orange and passion fruit
notes. Well balanced on the palate with a long
menthol finish. A few hours of contact with
coloured grape skins give this delicate peachy
pink colour. Followed by a seven-day contact
with the lees from the must. Try as an aperitif or
to accompany sushi, shellfish or a Comté.

Terre d’Eole Picpoul de Pinet 2021
Languedoc
Fresh and lively. Citrus notes (lemon,
lemongrass), marked by minerality with iodine
sensation. Splendid with seafood, shellfish and
traditional Mediterranean dishes.
The name pique-poul translates literally as
"stings the lip", and is a reference to the grape's
mouth-wateringly high acidity.

Le Bio Balthazar Minervois 2021
Rieux-Minervois
Deep Ink garnet-red with purple tints. Complex
and rich nose with rosemary, blackcurrant, black
cherries and aromatic herbs. Full and smooth
while also balanced and unctuous.
Very smooth and round with well developed
tannins.
Great with grilled or roasted red meats, or game.

Rosé d’Anjou Les Roseraies AOC 2021
Loire
Fragrant, medium in style rosé showing fresh
fruit flavours with a soft easy drinking style.
This selection is made from the most beautiful
grapes of the harvest. It is rich in fruit, very
supple and has a lovely red colour with golden
tints. Low alcohol.
Grape varieties: Groslot, Cabernet France, Gamay,
Pineau d'Aunis
