Goldschild Riesling Trocken 2021<br />
Mosel<br />
Crisp and dry. <strong>Wines</strong> are made from grapes<br />
grown in ‘Premier Cru’ vineyards only. After<br />
a defined sur-lie storage the wines are only<br />
filtered once before bottling. Aromas of<br />
citrus, grapefruit and apple with hints of<br />
minerality. Zesty and well balanced with<br />
crisp compositions. This wine has an elegant<br />
structure and is a real delight.<br />

Riesling Kabinett 2021<br />
Mosel<br />
Medium-sweet. A fragrant, fresh wine with the<br />
Riesling-typical fruity flavours of lime and green<br />
apple. The characteristic mineral aromas and a<br />
refreshing crispness make it easy to enjoy.<br />
It goes well with salads, chicken dishes, fish<br />
( salmon) and seafood, and can of course be<br />
enjoyed on its own. Serve well chilled.<br />

Piesporter Michelsberg 2021<br />
Mosel<br />
Medium-sweet. The wine shows a fine, fruity<br />
bouquet. It is very refreshing, straight forward<br />
and balanced by crisp acidity. Delicious with<br />
salads, chicken dishes and Asian cuisine and<br />
ideal on its own as an aperitif. Vines are grown<br />
on the Mosel typical slate-soil which stores heat<br />
during the day to keep vines warm at night.<br />
