SPIRITS - GREENSAND RIDGE<br />
Greensand Ridge is an award-winning, carbon neutral<br />
distillery specialising in gins, rums and fruit brandies,<br />
making spirits with provenance, using sustainable<br />
practices and turning surplus produce from local<br />
growers into fine spirits.<br />
Based in Kent, Greensand Ridge is named for the line<br />
of hills surrounding the Weald of Kent and Sussex,<br />
which is where the team sources its ingredients and<br />
captures flavours - the fields, orchards, nutteries and<br />
hedgerows.<br />

On the nose, aromatic citrus and pine give way<br />
to a full and complex warming sweetness on<br />
the palate. A hint of nuttiness carries through<br />
to the finish, complemented by a gentle floral,<br />
aromatic quality.<br />

The sweet, spicy and intensely rich character of<br />
the Pedro Ximénez sherry cask is layered on top of<br />
Greensand Ridge’s already complex and aromatic<br />
gin to present a full flavoured spirit, capable of<br />
everything from a sipping serve to a big spiced<br />

by the cask’s warm and complex whiskey<br />
character with vanilla and toffee-apple aromas<br />

A delicate and smooth Rum with a floral nose,<br />
giving way to subtle honeycomb and roast<br />
cobnuts on the palate. A long finish with<br />
raisin and oak on the finish and a sweet, full<br />
mouthfeel.<br />
Raspberry Ghost Eau de Vie<br />
Kent, England<br />
A delicious Eau de Vie which captures the aroma<br />
of ripe Kentish raspberries. Drunk as a gin with<br />
tonic, the delicate raspberry flavour bursts onto<br />
the palate and endures long into the finish.<br />
A dry spirit with a clean and fresh raspberry<br />
