Deeply intense red colour shows light garnet<br />
hues in the glass. The broad and long-lasting<br />
nose boasts violet, forest berries, spices and<br />
tobacco scents. The well-structured tannins<br />
from slow aging in oak barrels add structure,<br />
elegance and smoothness to this wine.<br />

2013/2014<br />
Tuscany<br />
50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon,<br />
this is a wine of extraordinary identity. Very<br />
intense, elegant, refined, rich and complex with<br />
rich fruit notes of red and black berries and<br />
complex spices. Pairs perfectly with meat dishes<br />
and fresh, young or semi-mature cheeses.<br />

Valpolicella is the most famous red wine district in<br />
North Eastern Italy’s Veneto wine region. The easydrinking<br />
appeal of regular red Valpolicella is coupled<br />
with the prestige of its powerful and intensely flavoured<br />
counterpart Amarone della Valpolicella.<br />
To class as Valpolicella, the wine must contain between 45<br />
and 95 percent Corvina and/or Corvinone, 5 to 30 percent<br />
Rondenella and up to 25 percent of other permitted grape.<br />
Of the latter, no one grape can exceed 10 percent.<br />

Lovely, well balanced and very approachable.<br />
On the nose, toasted hazelnut and tobacco<br />
followed by red fruit and cherry jam. Excellent<br />
flavour with a bit of initial acidity. Produced<br />
using the traditional Ripasso techniques<br />
including one year in wooden barrels.<br />

Amarone DOCG della Valpolicella<br />
Scuola Grande 2018<br />
Valpolicella, Veneto<br />
This wine is powerful, rich and smooth with<br />
bitter cherry and sweet plummy fruit on the<br />
palate. Interesting final notes of coffee, tobacco<br />
and cocoa. Rich and warming yet fresh and<br />
well balanced, with supple tannins and a rich<br />
texture.<br />

Valpolicella Classico DOC Cantina di<br />
Negrar 2020/21<br />
Valpolicella, Veneto<br />
A classic Valpolicella. Bright, ruby red in colour,<br />
this is a medium bodied wine, supported by<br />
red cherry and plum fruit with a hint of herbal<br />
spice character that persists on the palate. A<br />
fine companion for all pasta and meat dishes.<br />
Perfect with mature cheese.<br />

Amanti Rubicone IGT Sangiovese 2021<br />
Veneto<br />
Deep red in colour with an intense bouquet of<br />
flower notes. Well balanced, full and round with<br />
velvety tannins. Excellent with tomato-based<br />
Italian dishes, roasted meats, red grilled meats<br />
and aged cheeses.<br />
This wine hails from Emilia-Romagna which is<br />
near the resort of Rimini.<br />
