In 2022, Tombacco was awarded Equalitas Certification, a globally<br />
recognised sustainability standard set for the wine sector which<br />
guarantees the winery’s commitment to sustainability.<br />
The Equalitas standard focuses on the social, environmental<br />
and economic pillars of sustainability. It’s a voluntary<br />
certification procedure regarding wine sustainability with<br />
the aim of bringing together companies in the wine sector to<br />
promote one, shared approach to sustainability.<br />

Fioroso Pinot Grigio Della Venezie DOC<br />

Veneto<br />
Light golden colour with lifted aromas of stonefruits<br />
and melons. Medium bodied, containing<br />
flavours of ripe peaches and tropical fruit.<br />
This wine is dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a<br />
slight after-taste of bitter almond; good acidity.<br />

Veneto<br />
The nose displays gentle summer fruit<br />
fragrances while delicate strawberry fruit dances<br />
on the palate.<br />
This aperitif wine is ideal with hors d’oeuvres,<br />
grilled fish based dished, soups and white meats;<br />
it is excellent with pizza.<br />

Fioroso Nero d’Avola DOC 2021<br />
Sicily<br />
Bright ruby-red colour, this wine offers layered<br />
notes of cherry, mulberry and raspberry. On the<br />
palate, it is complex and supple, with ripe berry<br />
flavours framed by silky tannins. Finished with<br />
spicy balsamic and vanilla notes.<br />
The velvety tannings are barely noticeable and<br />
disappear quickly, it has good persistence.<br />
