Grand Vin de Bourgogne. A very stylish white<br />
burgundy from a single vineyard site. Old vines<br />
give a full- bodied wine with an appealing<br />
fragrance, good acidity and long after-taste. A<br />
stylish and gourmand wine. Serve as an aperitif.<br />
Or with white meats, fish or goat's cheese.<br />

Grand Vin de Bourgogne. From perhaps the best<br />
Premier Cru in Santenay, 100% Pinot Noir. This<br />
has an excellent combination of softness and<br />
structure. It is full of dark fruit - damsons and<br />
loganberries - and is very intense, masculine<br />
and long. Quite intense and firm on the finish.<br />

flavours are at once delicious and refreshing,<br />
before concluding in a slightly toasty and<br />
luscious long finish.<br />
