DECLARATION BY THE MANAGING BOARD
The Managing Board hereby declares that the consolidated financial statements, prepared in
accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) as adopted by the EU, give
a true and fair view of the net assets, financial position and results of operations of WIENER
STÄDTISCHE Versicherung AG VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP and all companies included in the
consolidation.
The Managing Board further declares that the Group management report, prepared in accordance
with the requirements of the Austrian Commercial Code, presents the business development and
performance of the Company so as to give a true and fair view of the net assets, financial position
and results of operations of WIENER STÄDTISCHE Versicherung AG VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP
and the companies included in the consolidation, and describes the significant risks and uncertainties
to which the Company is exposed.
