Calculations of the CSR-induced emittance dilution have been made using the TraFiC4 code<br />

[22] written at DESY and also using Elegant [10] (see below, “CSR Calculations with a Transient<br />

Model”), which result in a projected emittance growth of ~5%. The slice emittance is, however,<br />
