20 - LUBRICACIÓN20 - LUBRICATION20 - SCHMIERUNG20 - LUBRIFICATIONLos componentes internos delos reductores Bonfiglioli se lubricanmediante un sistemamixto de inmersión y barboteodel aceite.Los tamaños S10, S20, S30 yS40 ya se suministran con lacarga de lubricante incluida defábrica.Para estos mismos grupos,para ejecuciones predispuestaspara la motorización normalizadaIEC, se suministra un tapónde aireación que el usuario deberásustituir por uno de los taponesciegos (a excepción dela posición de montaje V5), antesde la puesta en funcionamientodel reductor.Si no se especifica lo contrario,los grupos de tamaño S50 sesuministran sin aceite, y es responsabilidaddel usuario el llenadode aceite antes de lapuesta en servicio.Las tablas siguientes son unareferencia de las posiciones demontaje, situación de los taponesde servicio, y de la cantidadde lubricante.Esta ultima es indicativa y parael correcto llenado se deberátomar como referencia el tapónde nivel de aceite o de lavarilla de nivel si existe (con elreductor instalado en su correctaposición de trabajo).Respecto a esta condición, lacantidad de lubricante indicadaen las tablas puede presentardiferencias ocasionalmente relevantes.El lubricante ”long life” que sesuministra de serie es de naturalezasintética y a menos quesea contaminado por agentesexternos, no requiere sustituirseperiódicamente durante toda lavida del reductor.El funcionamiento del reductorestá calculado para una temperaturaambiente de entre -20º y+40º. Para temperaturas ambientecomprendidas entre -20º y-10º , solo se debe poner en funcionamientoel reductor despuésde haber efectuado un calentamientoprogresivo y homogéneodel grupo o, en todo caso, hacerlofuncionar sin carga.La carga podrá ser aplicada aleje del reductor cuando la temperaturadel mismo alcance los-10º o más.The inner parts of Bonfiglioligear units are oil-bath andsplash lubricated.Frame sizes S10, S20, S30 andS40 are supplied by the factory,or by the authorized dealers, alreadyfilled with oil.For same units configured withthe IEC-normalized motormounting flange a breather plugis also supplied. Währenddes Transports wird anstatt desLüfters ein Stopfen verwendet.Vor dem Einsatz des Getriebesmuss dieser Stopfen durch denLüfter ersetzt werden.Die Getriebe ab der Größe S50werden ohne Ölfüllung ausgeliefert.Vor der Inbetriebnahmemuss deshalb auf das Einfüllender richtigen Ölfüllmenge geachtetwerden !Bitte beachten Sie dazu auchdie nachfolgenden Kapitel überdie Positionen der Stopfen undÖlschaugläser und den entsprechendenÖlfüllmengen.Die im Katalog angegeben Ölfüllmengensind Anhaltswerte!Maßgebend ist, das der Ölstandbis Mitte des Ölschauglasfür die entsprechendeEinbaulage aufgefüllt wird.Auf Abweichungen gegenûberden in der Tabelle angegebenenÖlmengen, gelegentlichnicht unwesentliche,wird hingewiesen.Die mit Lebensdauerschmierunggelieferten Serien sind mitsynthetischem Öl auf Polyglykolbasisgefüllt. Falls dieses Ölnicht verunreinigt wird, ist währendder Lebensdauer des Getriebeskein Ölwechsel nötig.Die Getriebe dürfen bei einerUmgebungstemperatur von-20°C bis +40°C betrieben werden.Allerdings darf ein Startunter Last bei -20°C bis -10°Cerst nach stufenweiser undgleichmäßiger Vorwärmung erfolgen.Anderfalls muss das Anfahrenohne Last erfolgen.Die Last darf erst zugeschaltetwerden, wenn die Getriebeeinheiteine Temperatur von mindestens-10° oder höher erreichthat.Les organes internes des réducteursBonfiglioli sont lubrifiésavec un système mixte d’immersionet de battement de l’huile.Les groupes S10, S20, S30 etS40 sont normalement livré aveccharge de lubrifiant de l’usine, oudu réseau de vente officielle.Pour ces mêmes groupes, dansl’exécution prevue pour motorisationnormalisée IEC, un bouchonde reniflard est fourni etdevra être installé, sauf positionde montage V5, avant la miseen service du réducteur.Les groupes de grandeur S50sont normalement fournis sanslubrifiant, et sera par l’utilisateurle remplissage d’huile avant lamise en service.Les tables suivantes sont de référencedans l’interpretation despositions de montage, du placementdes bouchons de serviceet de la quantité de lubrifiant.Ces dernières sont indicatives,et pour le correct remplissageil faut faire référenceau bouchon de niveau ou à lajauge à huile, si présent.Par rapport à cette conditionla quantité de lubrifiant indiquédans le tableau peut présenterdes écartement, occasionnellementconsidérables.Le lubrifiant “long life” ; fournide série est de nature synthétiqueet, à moins de contaminationpar l’extérieur, il ne demandepas des remplacementspériodiques pour tout l’arc devie du réducteur.Le fonctionnement des réducteursest admis pour des températuresambiantes comprisesentre -20°C et +40°C. Pour destempératures ambiantes comprisesentre -20°C et -10°C ledémarrage du réducteur est admisseulement après un préchauffageprogressif et homogène,ou avec un fonctionnement« à vide », sans chargeappliquée.La charge pourra être ensuiteappliquée à l’arbre du réducteurquand celui-ci aura atteint unetempérature de -10°C, ou supérieure.24
