INTERVENTI ASSISTENZIALI<br />
Tutti gli addetti all’assistenza devono avere le conoscenze e le abilità <strong>per</strong> alimentare in sicurezza <strong>la</strong><br />
<strong>per</strong>sona con <strong>di</strong>sfagia<br />
• Una volta che un soggetto è stato identificato come possibile <strong>di</strong>sfagico o a rischio <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>sfagia<br />
deve essere sottoposto all’esame del me<strong>di</strong>co es<strong>per</strong>to o al<br />
logope<strong>di</strong>sta <strong>per</strong> una valutazione supplementare ( FASE 3)<br />
• Il <strong>per</strong>sonale <strong>di</strong> assistenza dovrebbe assicurarsi<br />
• Il <strong>per</strong>sonale <strong>di</strong> assistenza deve assicurarsi<br />
ed essere a conoscenza<br />
• Il <strong>per</strong>sonale <strong>di</strong> assistenza<br />
che <strong>la</strong> struttura, <strong>la</strong> consistenza e il tipo <strong>di</strong> cibi, soli<strong>di</strong> e liqui<strong>di</strong>, assunti<br />
dal paziente <strong>di</strong>sfagico corrispondano al<strong>la</strong> prescrizione <strong>di</strong>etetica<br />
(FASE 5)<br />
che le tecniche <strong>di</strong> alimentazione siano intraprese in accordo con i<br />
meto<strong>di</strong> specifici raccomandati dagli specialisti<br />
delle tecniche <strong>di</strong> alimentazione sicure, raccomandate <strong>per</strong> gli in<strong>di</strong>vidui<br />
con <strong>di</strong>sfagia<br />
deve monitorare <strong>la</strong> quantità <strong>di</strong> cibo assunta <strong>per</strong> assicurare<br />
un'adeguata nutrizione ed idratazione<br />
