Caused by leakage from gas circuit pipes. Check tightness ofgas supply circuit.- Irregular combustion or noisiness. This may be caused by a dirty burner,incorrect combustion parameters, intake-exhaust terminal not correctlyinstalled. Clean the above components and ensure correct installation ofthe terminal, check correct setting of the gas valve (Off-Set setting) andcorrect percentage of CO2 in fumes.- Trap blocked. This may be caused by dirt or combustion products inside.Check, by means of the condensate drain cap, that there are no residualsof material blocking the flow of condensate.by means of the condensate drain (only accessible after having removedthe casing) cap, that there are no residuals of material blocking the flowof condensate.P 30 - Exchanger blocked. This may be caused by the trap being blocked. Check,- Noise due to air in the system. Check opening of the special air valve cap(Fig. 1-25). Ensure that system pressure and expansion tank precharge arewithin the set limits.N.B.: The boiler must be shut down in case of boiler maintenanceinvolving the closing of one or both system on/offcocks (detail 34 fig. -30).101
